Fire breaks out in southeast Wichita fourplex

By Ryan Newton
KSN – July 20, 2018

Wichita fire crews were busy trying to save a fourplex Friday morning in the 2600 block of East Grail.

A resident of one of the apartments called 911 to report the blaze. She got out safely.

When crews arrived, they worked fast and kept the fire from spreading to the other apartments.

There is some smoke and water damage in those areas.

Damage is estimated at $30,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
