Three people were taken to McPherson Hospital Saturday after a two-vehicle rollover accident Saturday.

At 6:48 p.m. Saturday, Joshua Rhea, 18, of McPherson was traveling east on Kansas Avenue and failed to stop at a red light at Centennial. His vehicle struck another in the intersection, and Rhea’s vehicle rolled off the road, ejecting one occupant.

Rhea, a 16-year-old McPherson male and a 17-year-old McPherson female were taken to McPherson Hospital. One of them was treated and released, and the other two were held overnight for observation.

Devon Bersuch, 30, of Gypsum and a 9-year-old Gypsum girl in the second vehicle were uninjured.

McPherson police, deputies, emergency personnel and firefighters responded to the scene.
