Woman hurt in Kansas accident

A 24-year-old Northeast Kansas woman suffered disabling injuries after a rollover accident in Brown County, Kan. Tuesday evening, stated the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Shortly after 7 p.m., Misty Wakole, of Willis, Kan., traveled east on 130th Road, near Kestrell Road, when she lost control of her 2003 Ford Taurus. The vehicle then traveled into a ditch and rolled multiple times before coming to rest in the roadway.

Emergency responders transported Ms. Wakole to St. Francis Hospital with disabling injuries, troopers reported. The Highway Patrol stated that she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
