More fires reported in Washington Co.

Clay Center Dispatch – April 8, 2014

Washington County dispatchers reported:

On March 31, the Barnes Fire Department was dispatched to 579 Cross Creek Road for a grass fire.

On April 1, the Mahaska and Morrowville fire departments were dispatched to 29th and Indian Roads for hay bales on fire.

On April 1, the Morrowville Fire Department was dispatched just east of the K-15 US 36 Intersection for a tree fire.

On April 2, the Hanover and Hollenberg fire departments were dispatched to 28th and Hollenberg Avenue for a grass fire.

On April 2, the Mahaska Fire Department was dispatched to 29th and Indian Roads for a fire.

On April 6, the Washington Fire Department was dispatched to 1711 13th Road for a control burn that got out of control.

On April 6, the Mahaska Fire Department was dispatched to Republic County for a fire.

On April 6, the Morrowville Fire Department was dispatched to 14th and Gypsum Roads for control burn out of control.

On April 6, the Washington and Morrowville fire departments were dispatched to 1742 National Road for a fire.
