A slew of overnight crashes had police shutting down multiple exits thanks to yet another round of wintry weather.

Eight people sustained minor injuries after 22 vehicles were involved  in the accident on a ramp along Highway 69 and Interstate 35 early  Sunday, The Kansas City Star reports.

Dispatchers reported the icy ramp caused drivers to lose control.

At least 15 accidents were also reported on both sides of the state line. Many of the accidents happened along Interstate 435 and Interstate 670.

Along eastbound I-670 east after the Seventh Street exit, a car hit the guardrail. At the same scene, two more cars crashed just as police arrived.

In all, about six cars were involved in accidents along I-670 with many of the drivers not realizing just how slick the roads were.

I-435 also saw it’s fair share of accidents.

Paramedics took one victims to the hospital after a wreck on I-435 at I-35.

A car also hit a median at I-435 and Metcalf Avenue. There were no serious injuries in this crash.

And there was also a crash on I-435 and State Line Road.

The numerous crashes caused a lot of problems, but fortunately, there were no serious injuries in any of the accidents.
